De Vlietvaart

De Vlietvaart invites you on board an authentic canal boat for a meal created by ‘house chef’ Patrick Dullaart. In collaboration with Patrick Dullaart himself, De Vlietvaart is organising a unique, atmospheric dinner on the canal boat Hadrianus.

Summery and romantic
Experience the romance of De Vliet, in the atmospheric tranquillity of candlelight and violin music. A range of exclusive summer meals will be served during the boat trip including smoked salmon, eel and halibut rollaux, duck breast caramelised in aceto balsamico and chocolate mousse with red fruits. The tour will proceed in the direction of Delft during the evening and allow you to experience the romance of De Vliet this summer, in the atmospheric tranquillity of candlelight.

Reservation
There are limited places available for this trip across De Vliet to Delft. Advance reservations are, therefore, essential. You can make your reservation at the Visitors’ Centre at De Ooievaart on the corner of the Dunne Bierkade and Wagenstraat.
