Poetry on Legs is a poetry compilation project which started in January, which will come to a head in June, during The Hague Festivals!

The Hague feeling
The aim of Poetry on Legs is to collect as many poems as possible about what the people of The Hague occupy themselves with. Each citizen of The Hague has his or her own story about his or her life in the city, or about his or her perception of the city. At Poetry on Legs, they are invited to express in a poem this personal ' Hague Feeling’!

Spectacular theatrical performance
All poems will be included in a new book to be published towards the end of May. During the three weeks after that, almost all poems that are submitted will be presented; this will be in an exhibition with poetry posters, in recitals on the radio, poems on television, on the Internet and in the newspaper, plus in a spectacular theatrical performance on Saturday the 18th of June at the Theater de Regentes.
